Abstract
In sustainable development, the epistemological basis of the current process is the philosophical idea, which, thanks to the internal spiritual energy base, forms specific phenomena related to the goal. The main condition in solving this problem is human activity. In the process of practical solution of various problems, the cultural development of society takes place, which leads to the active activity of a person for the benefit of identifying and realizing the many philosophical ideas related to human productive activity necessary for a harmonious balance of productive activity is dominant and determining. In any process of activity, the culture of relations determines the result of the goal. Sustainable development is based on the idea of the human mind, which determines active social development. And this leads to the result - the public good of mankind. The article gives examples of such human creations as Odyssey, Iliad, Dade Gorgud, which are the spiritual value of humanity. Aesthetic culture is manifested in society through relationships, feelings, ideal, value.

Introduction
The cornerstone of the theory and practice of sustainable development serves the purpose of a philosophical idea, emerging in a particular socio economic environment where there are adequate resources and energy base in  implementation of the philosophical ideas that are generated in a specific area of natural need for sustainable development.The concept of sustainable development is dominated by the idea of the mind and, in general, the nature of man.Here is what LPShipovskaya says about this: "Dependence of the state of the human body on natural processes - on temperature changes, fluctuations in geomagnetic fields, solar radiation, etc.- is expressed most often in his nervous-mental state and in general in the state of the organism.The influence of most natural phenomena on the human body has not yet been studied.But, for example, it is known that if a person is placed in a nonmagnetic medium, he immediately dies.Man exists in the system of interaction of all forces of nature and experiences very different effects. "(1.p.362)
The main and determining factor in the parity of sustainable development is human activity, in the nature of which lies the eternal energy resource of the process of thinking and striving for perfection in all areas of human activity.At the foundation of sustainable development based cultural process in all areas of human activity, for any ideas to put into practice human activity, in fact sustainable development is the cornerstone of any human activity.The monolith within the sustainable development is the culture of human activity.Therefore, any philosophical ideas that are to be implemented in the practice of being have their own cultural layer of sustainable development.A person with his productive power and production relations is at the center of the harmony of what is happening, being a part of sustainable development.Both in the spiritual and in the material processes of development, the culture of the attitude of people determines the result of their activities.A conscious process of sustainable development, the core of which is thought, the ideas of the human mind, lead to harmony in society, which by results leads to active social development .Sustainable development in the process of human development brings the public good for all mankind.Let us give an example of the achievements of the spiritual world of man, which, being the result of national cultural values, becomes the property of all mankind.These include Odyssey, Illyada , Dada Gorgud and many similar examples of the history of mankind, from which the spiritual origin of world values is composed."Aesthetic culture - a specific part of the culture of society, its subsystem - is manifested through attitude, feeling, ideal, value.Structural-aesthetic culture consists of three components - aesthetic consciousness, aesthetic education and aesthetic activity "(2.с.432).Our path of considering the development of philosophical ideas in the context of the sustainable development of the cultural space in the history of mankind, and more specifically, one of its national cultural values is the Azerbaijani state with its multilateral, deep, spiritual, moral and cultural historical layers: "... Landmarks, points of cultural studies, art studies can become individual monuments of art ... Thus, in Azerbaijan such symbols of art givingand representations of the era are the rock paintings of Gobystan .GyzGalasy , mausoleum of MomineKhatun , Tabriz miniatures, murals of the palace of Sheki khans and some others "(3. p.152), which in their sustainable development brought the highest cultural values, from ancient times, from the era of Nizami, Fizuli, Khagani , and in the modern era - Uz.Hajibeyli , Kara Karaev , FikratAmirov , Arif Melikov and a number of outstanding representatives of Azerbaijani culture, who created the greatest spiritual values not only in the sphere of national culture, but also serve the spiritual value of sustainable development in the world space.The basis for the sustainable development of the social sphere of society is not only the spiritual sphere of human activity, but also the material environment, the accumulation of social capital takes place in the process of production of material goods.And social capital is an indispensable resource in the economic development of society, part of which is also transferred to the sphere of spiritual culture, to meet the cultural needs of society, which includes literature and art.The logic of understanding the process of sustainable development unites the development of the resources of society towards satisfying the various needs of society.

Discussion
The convergence of values in the process of social development leads to the harmonization of various types of cultural values, the goal of which is the desire for progress, civilized development and the creation of new processes in spiritual thinking in the entire social sphere of society.Let us explain our idea as follows. Different cultural values of society in the process of their dialectical development, creating the newest values depending on the spiritual needs of society, as well as under the influence of various kinds of world cultural values, receive the impulse not of a mechanical but qualitative development of the spiritual world of society, enriched by new, hitherto unknown priorities of the spiritual world rights.The mechanism of this process is very complex, diverse and requires considerable efforts of creators, creators of the new.Let us give an example of the unique creation of novelty in the composer's creativity of Azerbaijan, where there were indescribably fantastic harmonic connections of seemingly incompatible spiritual values, such as symphonic mugams FikretaAmirov`s " Bayati Shiraz", " Kurdovshares . "The unique spiritual world of mugham , which has a long history of its development, based on the philosophy of human existence, has never before had such an intellectual synthesis of various world phenomena as mugam and symphony.It would seem different aesthetic priorities, different spiritual principles, but the intellectual development of the artist-composer FikretAmirov gave him the opportunity to create a new genre that was adopted not only in Azerbaijan, but also by the aesthetic nature of the world community.These mughams were performed in the USA by the great conductor Stokowski and had a stunning success.
As a natural process, all the professional music of Azerbaijani composers abounds not with a citation but with the natural creation of music, where the inner aesthetic state, the spiritual world of their works unites the spirit of these beginnings-the deepest philosophical values of the eternal classical mugham of the East with the centuries-old symphonic music of the West.
The problem of the spiritual development of the social sphere of society is one of the most complex processes of human existence.New times require new processes of human development.In one article, we would not like to give many other examples like this.In Azerbaijan, in the process of dialectical spiritual development of man, there appeared such a genre as jazz- mugam .This is quite different from the American spirituals, Latin American improv on vizatsii and many other innovation processes in the spiritual development.We believe that the basis of all these processes is sustainable development with the novelty of philosophical thinking leading tointellectualization, the newest civilization and to harmony in the world space.
Each nation, contributing its contribution to the overall process of dialectical development, not only scientifically-theoretical, but also practical activity, strives for creation.
World processes of social development are a common component of the accumulation of individual states, with the harmonious development of mutual influence and mutual enrichment in various fields of human activity-economy, social sphere, cultural space (including art), sustainable development takes place leading to harmony in world space.However, this is ideal.For, there are not only economic, but also spiritual competition, conflicts, wars that violate world harmony in the direction of destruction, degradation and inhibition of sustainable development.Consequently, any scientific theory can not be idealized and assume its ideal embodiment on the practice of life.So, although the world is one, but in this world there are processes of different levels not only of development, but also degradation in various spaces.Therefore, the dialectic of social development at its core is not perfect The possibilities of achieving the goal.Nevertheless, the natural process of world sustainable development occurs as a natural phenomenon with all its necessary attributes, as we said above, with various forms of inhibition in its development.
One of the most important tasks of the social and economic development of the Azerbaijani state in the period of its civilized development was the idea of combating poverty in society, as a result of sustainable development in a short historical period from forty-nine percent dropped to five percent.It was associated with the sustainable development of social processes with an emphasis on the social sphere.This direction of development was connected with global state policy, which resulted in the achievement of success in implementing the idea of combating poverty.The dominant policy of implementing the global philosophical idea of sustainable development in the social and economic sphere has affected many other spheres of society's life.The variety of innovative processes on the part of the state provided an opportunity for the development of the human factor in sustainable development.We come to the conclusion that permanent innovative purposeful sustainable development gives the results of a social leap in society.Sustainable development of the philosophical idea and its practical implementation in society with the use and improvement of innovative processes have a beneficial effect on human developmentin any of its activities, including in the field of culturally.Therefore, there are new forms of artistic esthetical expressions in the arts are not always perceived by a generality-tion.Then there is an elite stratum of society, in demand for the perception of new cultural values and a new philosophical and aesthetic concept.Artistic values appear, where even well-known historical themes and motifs created by artists in a new form of perception are used, which are not immediately perceived as an artistic culture by the main mass of society .For example, "Shadows of Gobystan " - ballet of FarajKaraev ;or the "Caspian ballad" - Tofig Bakikhanov ballet .We can give an example from the innovative- modernist character of the works of such famous composers as, modern works of FrangizAlizade opera " Intizar ".Such innovative creations in society appear in the process of sustainable human development, but not everything sublime, artistically aesthetically perfect becomes the property of the whole society.This happens in different spheres of human activity in a society for which a condition, a place and time are necessary.Here we quote the words of Berdyaev: "Man is a small universe," and the integrity of the individual is the focus of all the spiritual abilities of man, his "inner existential center," which connects man with the world of creativity and freedom "(4. p.103).

Conclusion
The dialectical process of sustainable development of philosophical ideas in the society - the phenomenon is not developing at the same time permanently, requiring conductive certain time and space for innovation in the social sphere of society.Our idea concerns not only culture, art , but also any sphere of human activity. Sustainable development refers to all aspects of human activities in society.In particular, in the modern world, we agree with the idea that: "The economy of sustainable development requires not just investments in the environment or some new technologies, but first of all social innovations, changing priorities and goals of the development of civilization" (5.p .54).This requires a sustainable development of the person himself, who perceives new civilized opportunities, his own intellectual accumulation and their implementation in the process of sustainable development of philosophical ideas in society .Then there will be integration into various spheres of world states, in which integrating phenomena will become novelty, an innovation process will take place in the social sphere of other countries.Let's give an example from the sphere of cultural values of the Azerbaijani society, such as, genius works of UzeirHajibeyli "Arshin Mal Alan", symphonic mugamsFikretaAmirova " Kurdovshary "," Bayati "Shiraz "," Seven Beauties "by Kara Karaev ," The Legend of Love "by Arif Melikov and several others.We have said is especially true of the Azerbaijani mugam, which, thanks to the Fund's Gay gift of Aliev and its president Mehriban Aliyeva became the property in the world-howl cultural sphere - in Europe, the US, Russia and other continents.Mugam as a world heritage is adopted in UNESCO.
