Abstract

In this article, a critical approach was made to the debates that created the different configurations of the ethical fact in recent times. First, the concepts of fronitis and dialogue were addressed. Discursive ethics was analyzed, both in Apel and in Habermas, who thematized ethical rationality in the practical sphere and the necessarily universalistic character of ethics. Finally, the proposal of practical rationality in Adela Cortina was addressed, through applied ethics, until arriving at aporophobia and the moral foundation of human rights.
